Looking for the wildest way to celebrate Valentine's Day without breaking the bank? Attend the National Zoo's friskiest and fun-filled event, Woo at the Zoo!

This memorable evening, open to both singles and sweethearts, is a lighthearted exploration into the sexual behavior of animals.

Woo at the Zoo features:

  • A cash bar offering a specialty drink, a "My Tai" in a commemorative glass
  • Complimentary hors d'oeuvres
  • A chance for you and your sweetheart or "deer" one to decorate your own cupcake
  • A free long-stemmed rose, courtesy of Whole Foods Market
  • A talk by some of the Zoo's most charismatic animal experts discussing the fascinating, and often quirky, world of animal dating, mating, and reproductive habits.

All the fun takes place in the Zoo's Visitor Center.

You must be at least 21 years old to attend this event. A valid ID is required for admission. Please note that smoking is not permitted at the Zoo.
