Tai climbed his first tree on January 30. In subsequent days he tried hard to climb another tree. Just like his mother, when he encounters a problem, he is determined to solve it. After one failed attempt, he will modify his approach a little bit each time until he succeeds. By February 5 he had mastered climbing a small redbud and was quite comfortable in its bare branches for hours.
