Tai Shan and Mei Xiang spent an idyllic morning immersed in their new habitat. Mei wandered around the exhibit and later took a nap bathed in golden sunlight. Tai entertained himself by repeated rearing and prancing like a marionette guided by a misdirected puppeteer. Tai added in head stands and backward walking to his repertoire of usually successful play solicitations, but Mei was too sleepy to notice.
