The cubs' eyes have been open for about two weeks now, and they are still blue like most kittens' eyes. They are moving around much better now and are coordinated enough to start playing with each other and with Soyono. But like most babies, and like cats in general, they spend most of their time sleeping. I guess they're using all their energy to grow!
The two smaller cubs are now up to 6.75 pounds. The bigger cub gained nearly two pounds in the past week—he's almost 40 percent heavier! He's now at 7.32 pounds.
The cubs are becoming more and more active, so Soyono really has her paws full! She moves them around quite a bit, so we're sorry if you can't see them on the 
web cam. Mom gets kind of testy when we go back to move the camera.
