Brown Pelican

The brown pelican is a large bird found along the North American coasts of the Atlantic Ocean, Pacific Ocean, and Gulf of Mexico. This bird has a large pouch attached to its bill that can hold three times as much food as its stomach can. They are clumsy on land, but graceful in flight, soaring downward to catch their aquatic prey.
