Zoo Researcher Studies How Primates Make Decisions

Are orangutans risk takers or will they always go for a sure bet? How do memories play into their decisions? Chikako King, a research fellow at Think Tank, is trying to learn how orangutans make decisions. By giving a test to the Zoo’s orangutans, she wants to see if they will choose a small but guaranteed reward or if they would risk getting no reward in the hopes of a bigger reward.
