The Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center invited renowned artist Julie Zickefoose to provide original artwork to be used as the centerpiece of a new educational booth display.
Pictured from top to bottom, and left to right, are: common nighthawk, scissor-tailed flycatcher, black-headed grosbeak, bay-breasted warbler, hooded warbler, bobolink, and ruddy turnstone.
If you'd like to see the artwork up close, it will likely be on display at BirdFest, in late April.
