Step 1: Select a Program

We have a 'per program' fee structure: $50 for local counties [Clarke, Frederick, Loudoun, Page, Rappahannock, Shenandoah, Warren, Winchester (City of)], $100 for non-local. There is also an extra surcharge of $25, per program, for non-school outreach program requests.

Programs are offered on Tuesdays only and may be booked throughout the school year (September to August). We're sorry we can no longer offer programs on Thursdays.

We will make every effort to accommodate your first choice; however, due to the limited availability of time slots, your flexibility is appreciated.

If Warren County Schools, or the schools of your county, are closed due to inclement weather; we will not be able to come to your school that day and will make every effort to re-schedule.

Step 4: Enter Class Info

Each class is limited to 25 students.

However, we can teach up to five different classes for the program you have selected.

The duration of each class must be 55 minutes.

Class 1
