FONZ Membership
As a membership-based organization, Friends of the National
Zoo is extremely successful. FONZ membership includes more
than 40,000 members, totaling about 92,000 individuals.
FONZ offers several different membership
programs to accommodate all of the Zoo’s patrons, young
and old. With more than 20,000 members, the FONZ Household program
is by far the most popular of these options.
FONZ also offers special programs for seniors, young professionals,
and patrons who live outside of a 200-mile radius of the
Zoo.
