Meet the National Zoo's Wild Equids

The National Zoo houses wild equids at both its Rock Creek location and at the Conservation and Research Center in Front Royal, Virginia.

Przewalski's Horses

Two Przewalski's horses, Rose Marie and Ralls, live at the National Zoo. You can find them next to the Small Mammal House. A larger herd lives at the Zoo's Conservation and Research Center.
