The Smithsonian's Tiger Conservation Partnership (TCP) is committed to saving tigers. TCP works as part of the Global Tiger Initiative (GTI), an unprecedented international effort to double the number of wild tigers by 2022, in addition to the research and conservation it conducts on its own. Every success for TCP and GTI is a major victory for tigers.
