From Fairfax and Vienna,
Virginia via Route 66
Follow Route I-66 East to the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge.
Cross Roosevelt Bridge and follow signs to Constitution Avenue.
Continue on Constitution Avenue.
Turn left onto 18th Street.
18th Street meets Connecticut Avenue. Turn left onto on Connecticut Avenue, and continue north on Connecticut about two miles. The National Zoo will be on your right at 3001 Connecticut Avenue.
