Kaldi Coffee Farm Creates a Canned Bird Friendly® Coffee

One of the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center's strongest roasting partners in Japan, Kaldi Coffee Farm (owned by Camel Coffee Co., Ltd.), has created a canned coffee (by using an environmentally-friendly paper container) called Café Kaldi/Bird Friendly® Blend.
In its continued work to release quality, tasteful products, Kaldi Coffee Farm has produced a well-balanced blend of Bird Friendly® coffees from El Salvador, Colombia and Guatemala.
Beginning the first half of April 2009, Café Kaldi/Bird Friendly® Blend will be put on sale in all 157 locations throughout Japan.
Congratulations to Kaldi Coffee Farms for these innovative efforts to get Bird Friendly® coffee to the consumer. May these Bird Friendly® cans of coffee fly off the shelves!
