× The Zoo is open! Entry passes are required for all guests, including infants. All visitors ages 2 and older are required to wear a mask in all indoor spaces at the Zoo, regardless of their vaccination status. Fully vaccinated visitors do not need to wear a mask in outdoor areas.

Passes open on a rolling basis, one month out. If you're looking for passes for a specific date, please check back 30 days before your intended visit.

Have passes you can no longer use? Free up tickets for other guests by calling Etix at 1-800-514-3849, ext. 1 to cancel an entry pass or request a parking pass refund. Refunds for parking are available until the day of your reservation; same-day parking refunds are not available.
