The Zoo is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Entry passes are required for all guests, including infants. Plan your visit.

Passes begin to open on a rolling basis, one month out. If you're looking for passes for a specific date, please check back 30 days before your intended visit, one week before your visit, and the day before and of your visit.

Have passes you can no longer use? Free up tickets for other guests by calling Etix at 1-800-514-3849, ext. 1 to cancel an entry pass or request a parking pass refund. Refunds for parking are available until the day of your reservation; same-day parking refunds are not available.
