With treat stations, animal demonstrations, keeper chats, and decorated trails, this frightfully fun evening is a treat for the whole family. An entertainment stage will feature magicians, jugglers, and a DJ spinning Halloween favorites. Don't miss a themed scarecrow field.
Treat stations will include goodies for all ages, including adult treats like craft beer and food tastings.
Superheroes, zombies, and princesses will all enjoy:

Boo at the Zoo is appropriate for children ages 4 to 12. All guests ages 2 and older, including adults, must purchase a ticket.
General Admission Tickets

Tickets include a commemorative Boo at the Zoo treat bag, over 40 treat stations, live entertainment, after-hours access to animal houses, animal experiences, and Zoo education stations.
Zoo parking is limited, and typically sells out. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase their parking pass ahead of time. If available, parking passes will be sold the night of the event, but in the interest of planning ahead we encourage pre-purchasing.
Only the Connecticut Avenue entrance will be open for vehicles. Please note, only guests with a parking pass will be permitted to enter the Zoo gates with their vehicle.

The Zoo is accessible via the Red Line to the Woodley Park-Zoo or Cleveland Park metro station. The Zoo entrance lies halfway between these stops, and both are a short walk from the Zoo.
Big Bus Tours
All three nights, Big Bus Tours will provide rides between the Woodley Park-Zoo Metro Station and the Zoo from 5 to 9 p.m. Look for the red double-decker buses that will be running a continuous loop from the Metro to the Zoo throughout the evening.
In the interest of safety, the following items are prohibited:
- Fully covered adult face masks
- Weapons, and weapon-like items (hatchets, swords, baseball bats, etc.)
Food will be available to purchase at Zoo restaurants throughout the event. Adults may purchase adult beverages from any of the open food stations, as well as the kiosks across from the Small Mammal House.
Smoking is not permitted on Zoo grounds.
Boo at the Zoo is held rain or shine.
Ticket sales are final. No refunds. Tickets will be accepted only on the date for which they are purchased.
