Virtual Programs Calendar

Registration for fall virtual programs is now open! Note: due to continued restrictions around groups as a result of COVID-19, the Zoo’s on-site school programs are still on hold.

How to Register

Virtual School Programs

Virtual school programs are free, but registration is required. To register, click "Sign Up" next to the program of your choosing. All programs are based on availability. If the program is booked, you can join the wait list for your desired date. You will be contacted to confirm your program and to follow up on logistics.

All programs are listed in Eastern Time. For all other time zones, please add a note in the "notes to facilitator" section of registration if you are requesting a time modification. We cannot guarantee changes but will work with you to try to find a time that works.

In order to serve our audiences fairly and equally, we ask that teachers only register for one program per class each semester. If you are interested in more than one theme for your class, contact the education team to be added to a wait list for a second program.

Assembly Programs

Assembly style programs are free and open to a maximum of 500 unique logins. To register, click "Sign Up" next to the program of your choosing. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link needed to join the program. You may share this link with your students, if they are joining from separate devices. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact the Center for Learning Innovation at nzp-education@si.edu.

Webinars

Webinars are free and registration is requested but not required. To register, click "Sign Up" next to the webinar of your choosing. To join, click on the Zoom link posted in the webinar description, available at least one week prior to each event.
