Zoo Passes (Tickets) Help Form

The Zoo is free, but Entry Passes are required for all guests, including infants.

Exchanges: You may request to exchange your passes up until the day before your reservation. However, there must be available passes on the new day your request to be able to make an exchange. Same-day exchanges are not available.

Refunds/Cancelations: Please note that refunds for paid parking passes are available until the day before your reservation. Same-day parking refunds are not available.

For parties of 15 or more, Group Reservations are required. Please use the Group Reservation Booking Form here.

You should receive your passes from zootickets@es10.si.edu. If you don't see them in your main inbox, please check your spam folder.

If you're having trouble finding the email, you can also view your tickets by returning to the Smithsonian's National Zoo and Conservation Biology Institute's website and click on "Access Your Passes."
