WHAT: The Smithsonian's National Zoo will announce the sex and paternity of the

giant panda cub born at the National Zoo Aug. 23, and the second stillborn cub.

WHERE: The lower viewing area of the David M. Rubenstein Family Giant Panda

Habitat. The Panda Habitat is located on Asia Trail, diagonal from the Bus

Parking lot. (Note: Media can park in the Bus Parking Lot.)
