WHO:Due to the 14^th annual Boo at the Zoo, traffic may be heavy around the Smithsonian's National Zoo the evenings of Oct. 26, 27 and 28. The Zoo will close early each afternoon at 4:30 p.m. in preparation for the event and will reopen for Boo at the Zoo guests at 5:30 p.m.
