Zoo Passes Help
The Zoo is free, but Entry Passes are required for all guests, including infants.
Can't find your email with your passes?
You should receive your passes from zootickets@es10.si.edu. If you don't see them in your main inbox, check your spam folder.
If you're having trouble finding the email, you can also view your tickets by logging into the Zoo’s website and clicking on "Access Your Passes."
Refunds/Cancellations
Please note that paid Parking Passes are nonrefundable.
Exchanges
Parking Passes can be exchanged online if there are parking spots available on your new visit date. You will also need to book free entry passes for your rescheduled date.
