Finca Santa Rita is a family-owned plantation located in the stunning Guatemalan highlands of the Chimaltenango region. Notable for its proximity to Lake Atitlan and its numerous river basins and natural vegetation, native trees and plants are conserved through seed collection and reforestation. Producing coffee since the 1870s, Finca Santa Rita has been Bird Friendly certified since 2012.
Feathered fact: Overwinters in the mountains of northern South America. Well-known for its flame-orange throat.
