Hacienda Cafetera Santa María SAS

Hacienda Cafetera Santa María is a project led by a group of women who with their hard work harvest the best coffee fruits in an environmentally sustainable way–organically and under shade. Their farm is located on the foothills of the majestic Chicamocha Canyon, at an altitude of 1900 meters above sea level, with temperatures within the optimal coffee growing range of 57 to 82° F. Their team performs every step of the work from planting, harvesting, and the hand-to-hand transformation of each fruit to bean.
