Finca Bosques de Gaia/Gaia Estate grows organic coffee under a forest canopy harmoniously intertwining coffee and fruit crop production with habitat for birds, butterflies, and other wildlife. Known for its coffee-growing highlands, cool climate, vast sandy beaches, and as the birthplace of coffee production in Nicaragua, Gaia Estate is located in Diriamba, Carazo.

Feathered fact: Overwinters in Central America and known for its impressive flute-like song. Listed as “Near-Threatened” by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).
